COLLECTING YOUR INFORMATION
Account Creation. We will collect and store information that you provide to us when you create or update your user account, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, user ID, and user name. You also may provide us with information about your hotel room preferences and frequent flyer and car rental program information. You may choose not to provide some of this information to us, but in general, certain information about you is required for you to book travel, ask us a question, or initiate other transactions on our website.
Disability/Accessibility. We will collect information that you provide to us regarding any disability or accessibility requirements that you may have. You are not required to provide us with specific disability or accessibility information, but we believe that having that information will allow us to provide you with a more useful website and services. We will not share your disability or accessibility information on a personally identifiable basis, except as required to fulfill travel bookings through our website.
Travel Companions. If you book travel for someone else through our website, you will need to provide us with personal information and travel preferences about that individual. You should obtain the consent of other individuals before you provide us with their personal information and travel preferences.
Billing Information. To book travel or purchase other services or products through our website, you will need to provide us with your billing information (such as credit card number, cardholder name, and expiration date). We use a third party to process credit card orders, and we do not store or otherwise use your billing information.
Login and Browsing. We will collect information regarding your IP address, ISP, location, web browser, device, and the types of services and products you view on our website. We may use this information to customize your experience, including offering you certain services or products.
Combining Information. We may combine your personal information with publicly available information and information we receive from our business partners. We may use this combined information to enhance our website and services and to personalize your experience with us. We also may use this combined information to communicate with you about services and products that may be of interest to you and for other promotional purposes.
USING YOUR INFORMATION
Our Use of Information. We may use your personal information to provide you with the services and products you request; to provide you with booking confirmations and updates; to manage your travel booking, including processing bills and providing travel notifications; to communicate with you in general; to respond to your questions and comments; to measure interest in and improve our website and services; to notify you about special offers and services that may be of interest to you; to enhance our website and services and to personalize your experience with us; and to solicit additional information from you, including through surveys.
Advertising and Opting-out. We may use your personal information to send emails or other communications to you regarding our website and services. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you can opt-out by (a) clicking the opt-out/unsubscribe option contained in each email, (b) changing the communication preference settings in your user account, or (c) emailing at us at support@AbiliTrek.com. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the system to fully update your preferences. Opting out of these communications will not impact emails or other communications we send to you regarding your use of our website or services (such as emails regarding order status, new policies, updates, etc.).
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
Travel Suppliers. We may share your personal information with travel-related suppliers, including Travelscape LLC, which is our hotel supplier that fulfills your travel bookings. You agree that we may transfer personal data belonging to you and any person for whom you make a travel booking to Travelscape LLC and/or its affiliates for the purpose of facilitating your travel booking and providing after-sales support (if any) for your travel booking. Travelscape LLC and/or its affiliates may use your personal data to create aggregated, anonymous reports for internal analytics, business intelligence, and business reporting purposes, provided that such reports will not enable you to be identified.
Throughout our website, services provided by a third-party supplier are described as such. We do not share your email address with these suppliers unless they need it to fulfill the travel booking you have made through our website site, and we restrict their use of this information to that purpose. We do not place limitations on our suppliers’ use or disclosure of your other personal information. Therefore, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any travel-related supplier whose services or products you book through our website. Please note that these suppliers may contact you as necessary to obtain additional information about you, facilitate your travel reservation, or respond to a review you may submit.
Third Party Information Sharing. We will share your billing information (such as cardholder name, credit card number, and expiration date) with third-party vendors who process credit cards for the travel bookings you purchase through our website. We may share your personal information with other companies that we trust and who work with or on behalf of us (such as vendors that provide business analytics, marketing, or fraud prevention services). These companies may use your personal information to enhance and personalize your experience with us, to communicate with you about services and products that may be of interest to you, and for other promotional purposes. Information sharing allows us to introduce new services and products based on your interests and needs. We disclaim any and all liability relating to any third party’s use, storage, and handling of your personal information.
Opt-out of Third Party Information Sharing. If you do not want us to share your information with other companies, please email us at support@AbiliTrek.com, and we will remove your name from lists we share with other companies as soon as reasonably practicable.
Anonymous Information. We may share masked, aggregate, or anonymous information (including disability and accessibility information that is not personally identifiable) with third parties, including advertisers and investors. For example, we may tell our advertisers the number of visitors our website receives or the most popular hotels and vacation destinations. This aggregate or anonymous information will not contain any personally identifiable information.
MODIFYING YOUR PREFERENCES AND INFORMATION
You can modify your user account information by logging into your user account, clicking on “My Account”, and then the “Edit” link. In addition, you may modify any personal information in your user profile at any time. We may keep a copy of the prior version of this information for our records. PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION
We want you to feel comfortable when you use our website to book travel and purchase other services and products. While no website can guarantee security, we have implemented appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security procedures to help protect your personal information. For example, only authorized employees are permitted to access personal information, and they only may do so for permitted business functions. In addition, we use encryption when transmitting your personal information between your system and ours, and we employ firewalls and intrusion detection systems to help prevent unauthorized people from gaining access to your information.
PROVIDING FEEDBACK TO US
We value input from our customers, and we are interested in learning about how we can improve your experience with our website and services. If you provide any feedback, comments, reviews, ideas, or suggestions (collectively, “feedback”) to us regarding our website or services, you will do so voluntarily. Any feedback that you provide to us to will be owned exclusively by us, and you hereby irrevocably assign to us all of your right, title, and interest in and to all feedback that you provide to us. As such, we may use any feedback however we want, without any obligation to you. If you do not want your feedback to be treated this way, you should not provide any feedback to us.

No individual under age 18 is authorized to use our website or our services. We do not intentionally collect information from anyone under age 18.
